TIPS

Its summer once again 2 whole months of rest at last it has come. I really love this time of the year for it is the only time that I don’t worry about school work. Never liked school anyway but still I attend, don’t have a choice! guess its better than being a bum right?. Summer vacation is fun specially if you spend it with family, its bonding time with the clan but dam! why do I feel a bit left behind I still searchn for the answer Ill inform you when I find it. Well then shall we go on, as I said summer is noth’n but 2 months of meditation and change. When you’ve experienced summer you’lld wish it would never end, its just because 2 months doin noth’n is something that we like right. I don’t know what the hell Im talkin here, Doing nothing is boring but damn its fun. I guess summer is for the boring kind, love summer but it bores the hell out of me!

Its summer once gain at first I wanted it to come as fast as it can, but now I have reconsidered something has made me change my mind. Its someone that I would miss I cannot take this suffering for two months I wont see my beloved. But at least I thank you for the wonderful memories you have given me. And thank you for making me feel how to Love Again!. When I see again I would be a changed man I would try changing my short temperedness Im sorry if you had to see it. Next time we meet I am not the old me, I would be a man worth lovin(^^)..

     Now Ive been listening to death metal bands for quite some time now and something about them always makes me comfortable I don’t know what it is, maybe its the mere fact that death metal are unlike any other music genre that uses lyrics perfectly. What I mean is not all people appreciate death metal for the lyrics are very vague well I guess they growl rather than sing but still it captures the essence of angst in it a way they express themselves clearly to other metal heads. Some people hates death metal because majority of it are rooted on satanism, but let me tell yo this there are some metal bands that sing not only to hail satan but more on their emotions and stuff like that(No they are not emo!!) they just want to express themselves in much angst way!. Now one of this metal bands I’m talking about is Epica they have fused symphony with metal making it a much awesome combination. Their song are mostly sung by a woman rather than a growling vocalist. This metal band still has growling in their songs but it is just to fill up the missing element in the song. One of their song that is a must hear is of course the tile of this post Cry For the Moon When I heard it for the first time I thought I was being swayed the way the vocalist sung the song was just astonishing. Now I know not all of you out there loves metal but just give it a try and you shall see(I mean hear) that some metal bands are a kick ass!!

Starcraft one of the vastly known computer game in the world… Has now put on a new skin a new leash in other words… the first Starcraft game was great maybe a bit boring sometimes specially when you’re playing all by yourself (you’ll d find it very simple to defeat an AI enemy once you get use to the game)but still an overall great game. Now that Starcraft two has been reborn into a much more interesting and good looking game I cannot wait to try and explore the new details and other new application of the game. Now the game is actually easy to understand it is just staged on the conflicts between three races and they are as follows:

The Terran they are those who are like us, humans but a much more advance race one of there distinctive characteristics in the game is that almost all of the male characters are smoking a cigar it just goes to show you that the population of our country is compost mostly of smokers.

The Protoss an alien race much more advance than the Terran they are more like a hybrid race there looks are similar to an ET and a Predator combined(hmmm how do you think they could achieve this look?)

The Zerg another alien race but this guys are much more menacing than the protos oh yeah and by the way they are much uglier. You can consider them as parasites feeding on flesh(the normal things that a mutant race can do!!) they are the in-games scariest, dirtiest, and ugliest characters.

    Its exam time once again(at least this the last!) one my most hated times of the year its for me to study and  try to answer as many questions as possible  to pass. Yet it is such a tiring job  I never liked  memorizing things it  makes me  a bit  wherry. This the final exam for this semester hope I wont fail any of my subjects because I really do wanna enjoy my summer vacation without any worries. Oh yeah its summer already time flies when you’re a having fun but I cannot help but feel regret for some of the things that I did and some that I didn’t. Maybe I should try to do it next semester (next semester? Another batch of head breaking exams? NO!! ) but I don’t have any choice. I would really like to study hard for this final exam but I cant, for my mind is at another place right now. I cannot help but think of something much irrelevant to my studies yet I cant shake it off my system. It is something to addicting its not drugs man its something else, It is something I deemed unimportant, foolish and is created by stupid human emotions yet I was hit by it at the least time I expected. Never mind about that!!, All I want to say now is that Exams really are irritating but it is one of the ways and means to measure and try to predict your future. It is to test what you’ve learned this past few months and is very important if your worried about your future!!

     The pintados (painted ones), inhabitants of the Visayan islands as described by the first Spaniards to set eyes upon them, would use sharp metal instruments previously heated over fire. The Kankanay from Benguet used a small piece of wood called gisi, to which three iron points were attached. The Ifugao had an instrument made entirely of iron, with two or three points. The Kalinga would use five needles at the same time. The Isneg from Apayao had a very different and far more elaborate instrument, which they called igihisi, fashioned from a carved piece of rattan. At one end, four or five pins were attached. A string then connected the cen­tral part of the instrument to both ends. During the actual procedure, the designer would continuously beat the igihisi in order to push the pins deeper into the skin.

   The process of tattooing was an extremely painful ordeal. After the procedure, the area tattooed remained swollen for several days. A patient could only endure tattooing in small installments, and it would normally take several months before the entire tattoo was completed.

   Among the pintados, the tattoos were extremely elaborate, taking the form of paintings and even tableaux. A wide array of designs and forms were used. Only the wrists and feet were left bare. After the procedure, soot or black powder was pressed onto the scar which, when dried, could never be erased. The pintado women tattooed only their hands.

   Among the men of the Ibaloi tribal community, tattooing was usually rare. In the few male Ibaloi cases, the tattoos differed according to individual whims and caprices. There was no common identifiable pattern. The lbaloi women, on the other hand, would adorn their arms from above the elbow down to their knuckles with elaborate and exten­sive tattoos made of crisscrossing, horizontal, vertical, and curved lines. So extensive was this form of tattooing that it was extremely difficult to see the skin beneath it.
